Thank You Susan Higley for Making our Saturday so much FUN! Wellness 2000 on Whyoming Street in Boulder City Nevada

God keeps putting GOOD people in my life
let me tell you about a few of them...

The 5 of us were so excited about stamping this weekend....
at the last minute the place I was going to use as a classroom fell through
then Susan offered us her classroom above her store so

Saturday September 13, 2014
was spent in

Susan Higley's

You can visit
Wellness 2000 at
1234 Wyoming Street
Boulder City, NV, 89005

The upstairs classroom looked like a beautiful studio appartment. It has a living area with tables and chairs set up for all of our guests.

Tesse and Alice
Tesse came all the way from California
to join us for the weekend.

She let me do her hair a Beautiful Red Violet color
which looked wonderful over her choclolate brown hair.

Alice lives in Henderson and has come to many of my events over the years.
Alice is showing Tesse how to use the Big Shot.

Below is a photo of ChrisAnn and Faith.
ChrisAnn and her husband Richard
drove Tesse and Faith
to Boulder City to
enjoy the weekend with us.

we used heat embossing too

Then, we created our own multi colored embossing pads
with stampin up ink refills

You can press the ink pad directly on the cardstock
or designer series paper

you can stamp in it
then emboss it
using clear powder

The color combinations were fun to create

We  also used the ink refills to hand paint paper.

We also painted over Designer series paper
Isn't it pretty!
We talked about the fun we have meeting new people
and sharing our beliefs with them.

All of us happen to be Christians.

We get together monthly to
share what we love.

this next peice is stamped in white
using white embossing powder
then wet and painted with ink refills

Read more about it HERE

This is what it looks like when

all three of these pieces were painted with the same brush
the darkest in the middle was painted First,
then the one on the right
and last the one on the left.
I wrinkled the one on the left and allowed it to dry.
